Section 3-405 - Distribution(a) Within 10 days after the Governor delivers an executive order to the Secretary of State, the Secretary shall deliver 2 copies of the executive order to the Executive Director of the Department of Legislative Services.(b) The Secretary of State shall deliver 1 certified copy of each executive order to the Administrator of the Division of State Documents.
