Section 10-114 - Notice of adoption(a) After adopting a regulation, a unit shall submit to the Administrator a notice of adoption, for publication in the Register.(b) If the text of the adopted regulation is the same or substantially similar to the proposed regulation, the notice shall: (1) state that the texts are the same or substantially similar;(2) cite the date of the Register in which the proposed regulation was published; and(3) show each change in the text with the symbols that the Administrator requires.
