Section 9-312 - Reports of Commission(a) As soon as practicable after the end of the fiscal year, the Chairman of the Commission shall submit an annual report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.(b) The annual report shall include: (1) any suggestions to improve the administration of this title;(2) a detailed statement of receipts and disbursements of the Commission; and(3) statistical analyses of: (i) the costs of workers' compensation;(iii) industrial injuries.Amended by 2015 Md.
