Section 3-202 - Local departments - Funding(a) Administrative costs that a local department incurs in carrying out this subtitle and Subtitle 3 of this title shall be paid with State or federal funds as the Department prescribes.(b) This section does not prohibit a county from appropriating additional funds for administrative costs of a local department.
