Section 19-146 - Definitions(a) In this Part V of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Carrier" has the meaning stated in § 15-1301 of the Insurance Article.(c) "Enrollee" means an individual entitled to health benefits from a carrier.(d) "Physician rating system" has the meaning stated in § 15-1701 of the Insurance Article.(e) "Ratings examiner" means an independent entity that is approved by the Commission to review physician rating systems.
