Section 10-516 - Rules and regulations(a) A private group home shall be licensed in accordance with Title 7.5 of this article.(b) The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for establishing, licensing, and operating private group homes.Amended by 2015 Md. Laws, Ch. 469,Sec. 2, eff. 10/1/2015.
