Section 9-720 - "Political subdivision" defined
In Part III of this subtitle, "political subdivision":
(1) Means any public body of this State that owns or operates any water or sewerage system, including: (i) A county;(ii) A commission;(iii) A district; or(iv) A municipal corporation; and(2) Does not include the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
