Section 16-319 - Supplemental services and support for students with disabilities; grant program(a) The Commission shall establish and administer a grant program for supplemental services and supports for students with disabilities in community colleges.(b) The Commission, in cooperation with the Department of Disabilities, shall: (1) Establish a competitive review process for the awarding of grants to community colleges; and(2) Adopt any other guidelines or regulations necessary for the administration of this section.
