Section 11-504 - Beer sale on credit to retail dealer prohibited
For purposes of applying § 2-314 of this article:
(1) a cash deposit for a returnable container shall be required at the time of sale or delivery of beer; and(2) a check accepted for payment that is not postdated and is promptly deposited for collection is considered cash.
