Section 40-30-60 - Preparation and publication of roster(A) The department shall prepare and publish a current roster on its website, updated annually, containing:(1) the names and places of business of individuals licensed pursuant to this chapter; and(2) the names of establishments licensed pursuant to this chapter and the names of their owners.(B) A copy of the roster must be provided upon request and the payment of a fee.Amended by 2022 S.C.
