Section 14-5-720 - Continuing general sessions term in seventh circuitIf the business of the court of general sessions is not concluded at the end of any week, except the second week in January at Spartanburg, the petit jury drawn for that term of the sessions court shall be continued for the next week or until the business of the sessions court is completed.
