Section 12-58-80 - Evaluation of department employee's performance(A) The amount of revenue collected may not be used to evaluate any department employee's performance.(B) The department shall develop and implement a program to evaluate employee's performance with respect to his contact with taxpayers. The development and implementation of the program must be coordinated with the Taxpayers' Rights Advocate.1995 Act No. 76, Section 6.
