Section 252D.25 - Limitations on scope of proceedings1. Issues related to visitation, custody, or other provisions not related to the support provisions of a support order are not grounds for a motion to quash, revoke, suspend, or stay a withholding order.2. Support orders shall not be modified under a motion to quash a withholding order.
