Section 2-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Agriculture Exhibition Center Corporation deemed an economic development organization; site

The Agriculture Exhibition Center Corporation shall be deemed an economic development organization, and the Alabama Farm Center shall be deemed a site, for the purposes of Article 19A, Chapter 18, Title 40 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
