Section 13A-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Absentee voting violation a misdemeanor

Unless a penalty is otherwise specified, a knowing violation of Chapter 11 of Title 17, Code of Alabama 1975, is a Class A misdemeanor.
