Ala. Code § 10A-NEW
Current with legislation from 2024 effective through July 1, 2024.
If a qualified enterprise exists in the state, then it, or any portion thereof, cannot relocate into a research and development corridor or otherwise be deemed or treated as a qualified enterprise unless the governing body of each municipality within whose corporate limits the qualified enterprise, or portion thereof, exists consents to the relocation.
