Section 16522.2 - Permissions required for receiving housing(a) Eligible persons may receive transitional housing only with the permission of both the independent living program of the county in which the program is located and the county department of social services or the county probation department that has custody of the person.(b) This section does not apply to a nonminor dependent, as defined in subdivision (v) of Section 11400.Ca. Welf. and Inst. Code § 16522.2
