Section 11005.2 - No allocation to city which receives specified revenue

Notwithstanding subdivision (b) of Section 11005, the Controller shall not allocate any revenue pursuant to paragraph (1) of that subdivision to any city which receives revenue pursuant to Section 97.3 or pursuant to Section 56842.2 of the Government Code.
