Section 29262 - Inapplicability of Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931

An assessment district formed or proposed to be formed under this part, on the acquisition of any property or the construction of any improvement thereby, shall not be subject to any of the provisions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931.
