Section 1156.5 - [Effective January 1, 2028] Frequency of elections(a) The board shall not direct an election in any bargaining unit where a valid election has been held in the immediately preceding 12-month period.(b) This section shall be operative January 1, 2028.Added by Stats 2023 ch 7 (AB 113),s 11, eff. 5/15/2023.
