Section 1157.6 - Committee to review the effectiveness of the revised ratesetting process; report(a) After the adoption of the first pilotage tariff pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 1250), the board shall convene a committee to review the effectiveness of the revised ratesetting process and to gather stakeholder feedback for the purpose of developing a report for the board's consideration. Upon adoption of the report by the board based on the findings of the committee, the board shall present and submit the report to the Legislature in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code, to the Governor, and to the Secretary of Transportation. The report shall be adopted by the board no later than December 31, 2027.(b) Pursuant to Section 10231.5 of the Government Code, this section is repealed on January 1, 2032.Ca. Harb. and Nav.
