Section 11019.11 - Format for requests on status as veteran(a) Except as provided in Section 11019.12, every state agency that requests on any written form or written publication, or through its internet website, whether a person is a veteran, shall request that information only in the following format: "Have you ever served in the United States military?"(b) This section shall apply only to a written form or written publication that is newly printed on or after July 1, 2014.Amended by Stats 2022 ch 376 (AB 305),s 1, eff. 1/1/2023.Added by Stats 2013 ch 227 (AB 258),s 1, eff. 1/1/2014.
