Section 48204.5 - Need of international border districts to employ efforts to verify residency(a) The Legislature finds that school districts that are adjacent to the international border, because of their geographic position, face unique circumstances in conducting the verification of a pupil's residency.(b) The Legislature declares that international border school districts may need to employ certain efforts to verify residency.Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 309, Sec. 1.
