Section 4-118-103 - Prepaid mobile deviceIt is unlawful for a person:
(1) To purchase a prepaid mobile device or refill a prepaid mobile device with wireless communication services on a previously purchased prepaid mobile device for a minor in this state; or(2) To provide funds to a minor for the purpose of purchasing a prepaid mobile device or refilling a prepaid mobile device with wireless communication services on a previously purchased prepaid mobile device in this state.Added by Act 2019, No. 1053,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
