Section 20-77-2708 - Waiver and rulemaking authority
The Department of Human Services:
(1) Shall submit an application for any federal waivers, federal authority, or state plan amendments necessary to implement this subchapter; and(2) May promulgate rules as necessary to implement this subchapter.
