Section 20-27-1201 - Sewage disposal plans - Fees - Definitions(a) As used in this section:(2) "Mobile home" means a transportable, single-family dwelling unit suitable for year-round occupancy and containing the same water supply, waste disposal, and electrical conveniences as immobile housing; and(3) "Travel trailer" means a vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently identified "travel trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer and, when factory-equipped for the road, it shall have a body width not exceeding eight feet (8') and a length not exceeding thirty-two feet (32').(b) When a mobile home park or travel trailer park is hereafter constructed utilizing a noncentralized method of sewage disposal, properly prepared plans and specifications for the construction shall be submitted to the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health for approval before any work is begun.(c) The plan review fee shall be as follows: (1) Two (2) - twenty-five (25) spaces ............... $25.00(2) Twenty-six (26) - fifty (50) spaces ............... 50.00(3) Fifty-one (51) - seventy-five (75) spaces ............... 75.00(4) Seventy-six (76) or more spaces ............... 100.00(d) All fees collected under this section are special revenues and shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Public Health Fund to be used exclusively for the operation of the department.(e) Subject to such rules as may be implemented by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the disbursing officer for the department may transfer all unexpended funds received from the collection of plan review fees, as certified by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, which shall be carried forward and made available for expenditure for the same purpose for any following fiscal year.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2106, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 389,§ 46, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1991, No. 36, §§ 1-3.
