Section 16-13-3105 - Court reporters(a) Each of the chancery and circuit-chancery judges provided for in this subchapter is authorized to employ a court reporter.(b) The court reporters shall receive such compensation as is provided by law.Acts 1997, No. 827, § 5; 1999, No. 7, § 5.
