Section 12-41-718 - Sole and exclusive law(a) Except as provided under § 12-41-702, the provisions of this subchapter are intended to solely and exclusively govern the manner in which a county jail board, municipal jail board, or public instrumentality jail board is organized, operated, managed, and administered.(b) No other laws of this state are applicable to the boards.Acts 2003, No. 1772, § 2.
