Section 36-754 - Licensing of midwives; renewal of licenseA. The director shall grant a midwife's license to a person meeting the qualifications prescribed by this article and rules adopted pursuant to this article and paying applicable fees.B. A license is valid for two years and may be renewed biennially on application to the director and payment of applicable fees.C. A person shall file an application for renewal at least thirty days and no more than sixty days before the expiration date of the current license.
