Section 36-420.02 - Additional charges for medical or forensic interview or examination; prohibitionA. A health care institution may not charge an intake, consultation, facility or other fee to a patient as part of a medical or forensic interview or examination for which the county is required to pay pursuant to section 13-1414.B.
