Rule 20 - Disqualification of Family Court Judge

Rule 17 of the West Virginia Trial Court Rules for Trial Courts of Record shall govern the disqualification of family court judges. Disqualification appointments in domestic violence civil proceedings may be handled on an emergency basis.
