Rule APR 20.1 - APPLICATION OF RULES

These rules and any subsequent amendments will apply in their entirety on the effective date as ordered by the Supreme Court to any pending matter except as would not be feasible or would work an injustice. The chair may rule on the appropriate procedure with a view to ensuring a fair and orderly proceeding.
