Rule 8 - Rules of Pleading
(a) Petition. Every petition shall set forth in short and plain terms all of the matters required by law to be pleaded to obtain the action sought and a specific request for that action. The interests to be affected shall be described in terms which give reasonable information to owners by name or class, by reference to the instrument or statute creating the interests or to any other source of such interests, or in other appropriate manner.
(b) Answer. When an answer is required or permitted by these rules, objections or other affirmative matter shall be set forth in short and plain terms. Denials of the allegations of the petition are unnecessary. Such allegations shall be taken as denied or avoided.
(c) Construction. All pleadings shall be so construed as to do substantial justice.
