Authorization for Efiling in the Supreme Court
As amended through May 6, 2024
Pursuant to 2020 Vermont Rule for Electronic Filing 1(d), the Supreme Court authorizes electronic filing to commence in the Supreme Court beginning August 17, 2021. The Court Administrator is directed to send this notice to all members of the Vermont Bar with instructions on how to efile consistent with the 2020 Vermont Rules for Electronic Filing.

Administrative Order No. 51 is adopted to authorize efiling in the Supreme Court consistent with the 2020 Vermont Rules for Electronic Filing, as amended on July 13, 2021, effective July 15, 2021.
