Rule 14 - PREPARATION OF JUDGMENTS14.1. The district clerk of Harris County, Texas, shall prepare the judgment in the case at the time the judgment is rendered using a form approved by the Judges of these Courts, and present it without delay to the trial judge for approval and signature. Judgments in a multi-count indictment or information shall be prepared by the prosecuting attorney at the time the judgment is rendered and the prosecuting attorney shall present it without delay to the trial judge for approval and signature.L.
