Rule 1 - Reuse of Tapes Used to Record Proceedings

Tapes used to record proceedings in the probate courts of South Carolina may be reused when:

(1) the complete record of the proceeding has been transcribed; or

(2) a period of six (6) months has elapsed since the date of the final order in the proceeding.
