The chief judge of the Workers' Compensation Court shall appoint a Medical Advisory Board which shall serve at the chief judge's pleasure and consist of eleven (11) members in the following specialties: one (1) orthopedic surgeon, one (1) neurologist, one (1) neurosurgeon, one (1) physiatrist, one (1) chiropractor, one (1) physical therapist, one (1) internist, one (1) psychiatrist and three (3) ad hoc physician members appointed at the discretion of the chief judge. The chief judge shall designate the chairperson of the Board.
