Rule 1.2 - Powers of Administrative Judge.

Notwithstanding anything in these Rules of Practice to the contrary, the chief judge of the Workers' Compensation Court as the administrative judge, by virtue of Chapters 29 through 38 and Chapter 47 of Title 28 of the General Laws, as amended, shall continue to have and exercise the powers therein given.
