Rule 226 - Proposed Jury Instructionsa. In all trials the attorneys of record trying the case and any unrepresented parties shall submit in writing to the Court all proposed points for charge or jury instructions, if any, not later than the beginning of opening statements.b. Once the trial commences, points for charge or jury instructions shall be accepted only by leave of Court as justice shall require.
