Rule 4006 - Types of Bail1. Provided a bond in the form required pursuant to Rule 5 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure is executed, one of the types of bail to be accepted shall be percentage cash bail in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the amount of bail set, the same to be deposited with the Clerk of Courts.2. To the extent applicable, percentage cash bail shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.3. Poundage may be assessed by the Clerk of Court in accordance with the applicable fee schedule.
