Rule 2232 - Defective Joinder(a) The notice required by Pa.R.C.P. No. 2232(a) shall be served as directed by special order of Court, entered after petition. The notice shall be in such form as prescribed by the special order.(b) A party who has been joined and who desires to be dropped from the action pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. No. 2232(b) shall proceed by petition and rule to show cause.(c) A party who desires to join any additional person who could have joined or who could have been joined in the action pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. No. 2232(c), shall proceed by petition and rule to show cause.
