ex parte matters in a case assigned to a judge shall be presented to that judge if practicable. If the case is not assigned, ex parte matters should be presented at 1:15 PM to the designated general calendar judge. The general calendar judge may at their discretion refer cases back to previously assigned judge.
All required documents must be filed in the Trial Court Office, 535 NE 5t h Street, Room 128, McMinnville, Oregon 97128 no later than 11:00 AM on the day of the ex parte appearance.
