Rule 5.65 - CROSS-APPELLANT'S OPENING BRIEF(1) When a respondent has cross-appealed, the opening brief on cross-appeal shall be presented in a separate part of the respondent's answering brief immediately following the body of the answering brief. The opening brief on cross-appeal shall be appropriately indexed at the front of the answering brief. Pages of the opening brief on cross-appeal shall be numbered consecutively following the numbering of the answering brief.(2) A cross-appellant's opening brief shall be in the form of an appellant's opening brief.
