Rule 4.005 - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE COURT AND SPECIALITY DOCKETS(1) There is established a Criminal Procedure Court for the handling of misdemeanor and certain felony matters under the direction of the Chief Criminal Court Judge and the Presiding Judge. The responsibilities and procedures in such court are indicated herein and established by rules promulgated by the Chief Criminal Judge or Presiding Judge.(2) Specialty Dockets and Treatment Court Dockets are established as directed by the Presiding Judge. Judges assigned to those dockets direct the applicable procedures and policies for those dockets.(3) All docket policies and procedures remain subject to approval by the Presiding Judge. All grants, contracts, MOU's, agreements and other documents involving agencies external to Multnomah County Circuit Court must be reviewed and approved by the Presiding Judge and/or Trial Court Administrator.Multnomah Supp. L.
