Rule 3.181 - ELECTRONIC RECORDING AND WRITING ON COURTHOUSE PREMISESIn accordance with UTCR 3.180(11) the Presiding Judge has designated the following areas outside the courtrooms and under the control and supervision of the court where electronic recording is allowed without prior permission:
(1) For courtrooms 1, 2 and 3 in the Umatilla County Courthouse, the landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor;(2) For courtrooms 4 and 5 in Hermiston, the waiting area just outside the public elevator on the 2nd floor;(3) For the courtroom in the Morrow County Courthouse, the landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
