Rule 8.016 - DOMESTIC RELATIONS STATUS CHECK DOCKET(1) Domestic Relations matters filed in Lane County Circuit Court in which at least one party is not represented by an attorney shall be scheduled on the Status Check Docket, once the matter is at issue for the following types of proceedings: (a) Annulment or dissolution of marriage;(c) Petitions to establish custody, parenting time, and paternity; and(d) Post-judgment litigation involving custody, parenting time, and support.(2) Status check hearings shall be held on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. When a Monday is a legal holiday, hearings will be held on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.(3) All parties must attend scheduled status check hearings. Represented parties must appear with their attorney. A party's failure to attend could result in a ruling or judgment being entered against them.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
