Rule 3.181 - ELECTRONIC RECORDING AND WRITING ON COURTHOUSE PREMISES(1) Electronic recording and writing are prohibited in courtrooms unless authorized by the judge presiding over the proceeding.(2) Outside the courtrooms, electronic recording is limited to the space behind and to the south of the yellow lines on the floor of the second, third and fourth floors of the Lane County Courthouse.(3) No electronic recording or image may be made of any individual wearing a Lane County Circuit Court Juror identification badge.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
