Any interested person, as described in ORS 125.075(1), who has an objection to a Petition in a protective proceeding should either submit a written objection or go to the office of the court clerk at the courthouse at 513 Center Street, Lakeview, Oregon, or by calling (541) 947-6051. The clerk's office will make the form set forth in APPENDIX B available to those wishing to file an objection so that the objection(s) can be reduced to writing and filed. Upon receipt of the objection, the court will schedule a hearing and notify the appropriate parties.
