Rule 7.011 - PRETRIAL CONFERENCES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS(1) At arraignment, if a guilty plea is not entered, the court will set a further appearance, or pretrial, at which a negotiated settlement will be entered or the matter set for trial after the court receives the report required by UTCR 7.010(3).(2) All defendants must personally appear at pre-plea and pre-trial unless specifically excused.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
