Rule 4.011 - TRIALS AND MOTIONS IN CRIMINAL CASESTrials and hearings on motions in criminal cases will be set by the docket clerk. Counsel and unrepresented parties will be notified of the date and time of the hearing as follows:
(1) in person or by telephone; or, (2) in writing. When the notification is done in person or by telephone; when time permits, written confirmation of the date and time will be sent to the attorney or unrepresented party. In all cases where written notification is sent, the notice will be mailed to the last address provided to the court by the attorney or unrepresented party.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
